Opposition Poles met on the East
Hundreds of people were present when there was a rotary between several protesters in the East today, where two opposing parties met.
The second protest was under the auspices of the Facebook group « Iceland across categories ” where the open border was challenged. Claims were, among other things, that asylum seekers would be stored in a closed remedy while working on a background study. They also demanded family reunions being abolished and that asylum applications would be interrupted.
One protester had a so-called stomach cap, which has been the uniform of supporters of Donald Trump.

At the same time, no Borders and IwW in Iceland were present for a conference meeting at Ingolf Square, which had first taken place in Austurvöllur to interfere with the other protests but was eventually moved. People from that group then left Ingolf Square on Austurvöllur and tried to coffee the speeches of the other protests in the noise.
There was some ruling between the protesters, but it quickly dissolved, but the activists. Although a number of protests were together and many of them carried the Icelandic flag.
