Open phone lines for monkey measles
The Institute of Public Health, specifically epidemiologists from the Institute of Public Health (IPH), have contacted the contacts of positive people with MPOks (measles) that they have pointed out and have no symptoms of the disease, according to them.
-The positive people are in good condition. There are no new suspicious cases that have been sent for testing, there are no new positive cases. Yesterday, recommendations were published on the IPH website to the citizens. In addition, the IPH has developed a short guide for health workers with recommendations and paths of movement for suspicious cases and was submitted to the Ministry of Health that forwarded them to the competent health institutions – IPH informs.
The Institute of Public Health today opens 2 new telephone lines to inform the virus: for consultation of citizens and for consultation of health professionals.
-The Institute of Public Health, the Ministry of Health, together with the other competent institutions, are in constant communication and coordination and remain committed to monitoring the current situation as well as dealing with it. So far, the risk of spreading this disease in our country remains low – say IPH.
