Open lists were not for artists, fame is not enough
Maestro Armaldo Kllogjeri, actress Julia Ilirjani or writer Loer Kume were on the lists of political parties for the May 11 elections. Only the latter managed to provide a seat in the Assembly of the next four years, thanks to the cozy position on the closed SP lists. Alongside the pen, Kume is ready to wear the lawmaker’s costume.
