Only Dutch three -star chef Jonnie Boer (60) died unexpectedly

Top chef Jonnie Boer died. The 60-year-old chef sucked on the consequences of a pulmonary embolism on Bonaire on Wednesday, a spokesperson on behalf of his wife Thérèse to Zusterkrant ‘De Telegraaf’.
It is a landslide in the culinary world: the only Dutch three -star chef Jonnie Boer has died unexpectedly. On Bonaire, where he and his wife Thérèse owner of Restaurant Brass Boer, he died from the effects of pulmonary embolism. Jonnie Boer was 60 years old last January.
The spokesperson who confirmed the news on behalf of his wife does not want to indicate where the top chef died on Bonaire. « We do not make any further announcements about this, » he says. « It’s very sad for everyone. »
Jonnie Boers Keuken was an example and a learning school for a whole gastronomic Netherlands. Many now known star chefs started in De Librije (***) in Zwolle, the flagship of the gradually expanding empire that Jonnie managed to build with his Thérèse.
