One suspect in prolonged domestic violence against a woman and children
The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office Skopje has ordered an investigation against a person who are suspected of committing two extended crimes – grievous bodily harm under Article 131 with paragraph 2 and paragraph 1 and one extended crime – grievous bodily harm under Article 131 paragraph 3 in relation to paragraph 2 and paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
According to the Public Prosecutor's Office tonight, from the 4th to 7th of this month, in the family home in Vizbegovo, the suspected 24-year-old has repeatedly committed domestic violence with fists, kicks and a hard subject and has suffered severe bodily injuries to his injured and her 10-year-old.
– He continuously physically attacked the woman, who suffered more fractures and other injuries. In the younger child with beatings it caused a liver hematoma, contusions with hematorax of the lung right wing, face scars and the absence of teeth in the mouth, while in the older caused severe bodily injuries are life -threatening bone fractures. With serious domestic violence he wanted to make the money from sauting to him – the statement said.
The public prosecutor submitted a proposal to the pre -trial judge for detention for the suspect.
After fully collecting the evidence, the accusation informs, the possibility of a more difficult legal qualification of the work is not excluded.
