Finally, Judge Algirdas Remeika, who took over the case from the previously hearing her colleague, who became a judge of the Court of Appeal, was pressured by the defendants’ lawyers, as if he persuaded AB after returning from a mission after a month to come to a court hearing.

However, AB eventually reached its own, giving the court a remote testimony. And it took several court hearings. But the accused with their lawyers failed to knock him out of the crayfish – AB remained at his testimony given during the pre -trial investigation.

The appetite was increasing

The events in this case began in October 2019. Then, at a cafe of one of the Eiguliai neighborhood, AB, according to the indictment, using psychological abuse and threatening to use violence, the defendants in this case required 2,000. for the benefit of his dead accomplice already mentioned.

The second series – a more scandalous

A few days later, after inviting AB to a gas station, E. Trimailov gave him $ 1,000. € – as all the rewards of it were rewarded. At least that was what AB said he understood what this money was for.

« Another 500 will get when we go to your lawyer, » Trimailov then said to him. And in fact, a few days later he came to AB again and handed it a piece of paper – with the text written by N. Puida’s lawyer, which would have to be learned on the way to his lawyer. They went to the office of this office in the center of Kaunas. M. Nauronis himself has been injured in the fierce battles of Kaunas criminal groups. During the armed confrontation with « Balls », which took place in the winter of 2010 on Šilainiai, Šarkuva Street, he lost his eye. The punishments offered were shocked

39-year-old T. Kolesinskas is one year and five months’ imprisonment, as well as postponing his execution for two years.

Court verdict

Nauronis is also delayed only a year and a half. One -year imprisonment dedicated to E. Timailov was delayed for one year. And instead of the prosecutor’s imprisonment for three years and three months, Mr. Puids were sentenced to two and a half years, but as proposed, part of this sentence was eight months, not one year in prison and for two years.

The aforementioned sentences from one year to two mean that if the convicts do something similar in the meantime, then they may be sent behind bars. In addition, all of them are also subject to an obligation not to leave the city or district of the place of residence without the permission of the Probation Service.

And the victim of Mr Puida would also be ordered to pay EUR 2050 due to the property damage caused, although it was estimated at € 3,750.

This judgment may still be appealed to the Lithuanian Court of Appeal. And, if this is done, only after his decision will the ban on E. Trimailov and N. Puids approach AB at a distance of less than 100 meters and communicate with him or to seek contacts. And N. Puida, if he was not punished even more, although the « ball » Lithuanian Court of Appeal tightened them too long ago and would travel behind bars for eight months.
