On the process in the case of Tarkhan Eldukaev, singer Abraham Russo was questioned
In Moscow, in a military court, under the conditions of increased security, a well-known singer Abraham Rousseau, known in the past, testified in the case of a former warrior fighter from Chechnya, a retired warrant officer Tarkhan Eldukaev. The defendant is accused of attempting to Mr. Russo in 2006, as well as another attempt and murder. Earlier, the singer was already a victim in a criminal case and his abduction, in which the former wrestler Eldukaev also participated.
In the Moscow garrison court, in the process of the ensign in retired, Tarkhan Eldukaev, who was a wrestler-Water fighter and played for CSKA, the victim of the singer Abraham Russo was questioned. It should be noted that the closed court session was held with increased security measures: part of the Khoroshevsky highway on which the garrison court was located was blocked by traffic police officers, a armored van with a riot police was on duty near the building, the bailiffs did not let anyone in. Even the singer’s lawyer Andrei Alyoshkin was barely persuaded to persuade him to let him into the process. They also did not allow anyone to talk with Abraham Russo after the end of the hearing: he was quickly taken out into the street, put him in a car that immediately left.
The meeting began with a verbal skirmish between the defendant and the victim, and the instigator was the accused. Judge Maxim Ivanov had to intervene and stop Eldukaev.
According to lawyer Andrei Alyoshkin, after which his client spoke in detail about the events of 2004-2006, when he was kidnapped and then tried to kill, shooting the car on which he was driving. The victim said that Eldukaev at that time headed the security service of the former owner of the Cherkizov market Telman Ismailov and fulfilled his instructions. The latter produced the singer and, according to Abraham Russo, perceived him “as his property” and tried to forbid him to speak somewhere except in the Prague restaurant owned by him. “Ismailov believed that Russo is a thing, his pet, which should sing on command and speak where he wants, at any time. Any other behavior caused Telman Ismailov irritation, ”explained Aleshkin’s lawyer. During the court hearing, Abraham Russo described such a case, according to him, in the Prague restaurant at that time: Tarkhan Eldukaev entered the room where people from the environment of Ismailov beat Abraham Russo, and personally struck him in the groin, then threatened him with a knife and humiliated him verbally. According to the victim, this happened repeatedly.
According to the lawyer Aleshkin, the incident had a strong influence on his client and he still does not feel completely safe.
Recall that the GSU TFR Crimens Tarhana Eldukaev at once several crimes. Based on the case file, he organized in December 1996 an attack on Tair Gurshumov, who owned part of the Cherkizovsky market square, and his brother Telman Gurshumov.
With shots from a pistol, an unknown killer seriously wounded both, Tair Gurshumov died a few days later in intensive care of his head wound, and his brother managed to save the doctors.
Also, according to the prosecution, the fighter was involved in organizing the attempt in 2006 on the singer Abraham Russo. He was seriously wounded as a result of shelling the car from the machine gun. It should be noted that earlier Mr. Eldukaev was also charged with the singer’s abduction in 2004, but the defendant’s defense through the court managed to prove that the statute of limitations expired and the investigation was obliged to stop the persecution of the defendant. The customer of crimes, according to the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee, was Telman Ismailov. He is put on an international wanted list.
