« Ohrid Communal » started with summer activities to maintain public hygiene

The public utility « Ohridski Komunalec » has started seasonal activities for maintaining the hygiene of public areas, with special emphasis on the Ohrid beaches.
At the Gorica 3 Public Beach, 10 bins with a capacity of 240 liters for small waste, and the on -duty teams take care of the cleanliness of the space daily. From July, waste bins will also be placed on the beaches that are not under concession, on the move from Lagadin to Pestani.
In addition, a thorough cleaning of the pavement around the benches and bins is thoroughly cleaned along the path from the Studencista canal to Gorica, where hard -line debris is removed.
Tomorrow, June 13, the PE « Ohridski Komunalec » will organize an action for lifting bulky waste (old furniture, mattresses, TVs, stoves, carpets, etc.) from UZ.3 and UZ.4 settlements Kosishta, Voska and Dajan.
Citizens living in the aforementioned parts of the city are prayed if they have such waste to properly deposit it by 7 pm on 13.6.2025 and previously to report the location to the on-call phone 075-495-428, which operates every day of the week from 7 am to 21:00, say from the Ohrid Komunalec. The waste, they add, should be neatly left to the containers or in places provided for raising municipal waste.
The company informs that all activities are in accordance with the 2025 work program. VR
