Offices in the « defense readiness of the state ». Changes in functioning from March 29
Regulation of the Council of Ministers of March 18, 2025. Specifies, among others organization of a system of permanent duty for the purposes of increasing the state's defense readiness. Pursuant to the new regulations, local governments will have to designate rooms for on duty and equip them with appropriate ICT devices.
The defense readiness of local governments requires new procedures
It will be necessary to indicate employees responsible for supervising the system and develop operational documentation. All these activities are aimed at Maintaining constant readiness of public administration.
Permanent duty includes a number of activities such as:
- monitoring the situation,
- Updating action plans,
- Review of human resources and material resources,
- Coordination with other public administration bodies.
Local authorities will be required to ensure liquid communication between subordinate units and senior bodies.
