Numerous rest disorders, burglaries and alcohol trips
In the night of May 3, the police had to deploy more than 60 times to disturbances and arguments. Most of the time, the situation could be quickly clarified on site. In Luxembourg city, however, an incident in the Rue des Capucins escalated at around 2:00 a.m.: a strongly alcoholic person mobbed passers-by and was finally taken into custody.
Around 3:30 a.m. there was another incident between two drunk men at the main train station, who also found themselves in the arrest.

Burglaries in apartments and vehicles
The officials employed several burglaries and attempts at burglary. In Capellen and Steinsel, doors were damaged by apartment buildings, but without the perpetrators could penetrate. Burglars in Differdingen and Steinfort were more successful, where they stole valuables from apartments.
Vehicles were also not spared: in parking spaces in Bambësch, the Rue du Fort Neipperg and in the Reckenthal struck unknown panes. The investigation is in all cases.
Alcohol trips end with license withdrawal
Several drivers were under the influence of alcohol – with consequences. In Mersch, a driver rammed a post in the late evening of May 2 and just continued. The police posted him with damaged vehicle shortly afterwards. A positive alcohol test led to the withdrawal of the driver’s license.
On the night of May 3, a driver on the boulevard Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen in Howald was noticed by his snake line trip, another ran over a traffic light on the boulevard Royal – both were under the influence of alcohol.

At around 5:30 a.m., a sleeping driver was reported on the A13 at the Sassenheim/Differdingen exit – here too, an alcohol test confirmed the inability to drive. In all cases, measures were taken and the vehicles were towed.
