Now the parents warn against bizarre Tiktok-Challenge

Sarah was found unconscious on April 10 by her grandfather, who discovered her lying on the couch with purple lips, a phone in his hand and a can of sprayingodorant by his side. Although she was rushed to Ceilândia Regional Hospital, her life was not able to save, and three days later she was declared dead.

Police have since seized her phone and are now trying to identify the video or content that encouraged her to participate in the Tiktok challenge.

She describes her last morning with Sarah as perfectly normal. The girl was ready for school and in a good mood, but shortly afterwards life disappeared from her.

Sarah was buried on Monday and her school decided to keep closed for a day to honor her memory.

« Chroming », as the phenomenon is called, involves the inhalation of vapors from toxic household products such as deodorant or glue, which can cause sudden cardiac arrest, oxygen deficiency and at worst death.

Experts strongly warn against this and similar trends, which especially appeal to children and teens on Tiktok and other platforms.
