Now the national teammate is talking out about Mathias hostage option

When Mathias Hostle tones on the handball court, it is rarely for discussion who reigns on the right back.

But now an old partner is ready to learn, share the limelight – or maybe even steal some of it.

In his first season for Thw Kiel, Emil Madsen has made it difficult to overlook him. He has found his way to the Danish national team, and during the latest collection he has given national coach Nikolaj Jacobsen something to think about. Why settle for one explosive left hand when you can play with two?

Left hand duo in sight

At Hotel Scandic CPH Strandpark, Madsen sits relaxed, but the thoughts revolve around bigger things. With hostage at home in Berlin during the latest showdown against Norway and Sweden, Madsen was given extra playing time – and the opportunity to show what an attack constellation with two left -handed back players could look.

« I think the modern handball has become such that it is not so abnormal that you play with two left -hand hands. It gives some other variations in the attack, » he says according to Hbold.dk and refers to previous collaboration with both hostage and Pytlick in GOG.

Jacobsen has previously opened the door squeezing for double left hand – and Madsen is clear no matter what role he is assigned.
