Now she reveals ‘very unexpected’ side effect

On social media, Chloe, who now has’ confidence to go into shorts, revealed that she has lost about 24 kg since she started using Mounjaro.

She confirmed that, as a result of the use of it, she has been accused of having ‘cheated’ herself for her weight loss.

The Sun’s GP, Dr. Zoe Williams has stated that Mounjaro, which will potentially be rolled out in the NHS, can save people with ‘life -threatening obesity’.

« Never take a weight loss medicine if it is not prescribed for you. These types of medicine may not be sure to you and can cause serious side effects, » says a warning from the National Health Services.

In newly shared videos, Chloe has told about the side effects she has experienced by using Mounjaro.

While holding a large pile of hair extensions, which she has fallen out after the injections, she explained about the problem.

‘These (extensions, ed.) Has all fallen out of my head. I’m actually really scared to get my hair done on Thursday because I don’t know how much of my own hair I have left. I’m really scared, ”she said.

When she showed her natural hair without extensions, she added, « My hair is really bad. I don’t have much hair left under. It gets really thin. »

Although hair loss is not a directly listed side effect in Mounjaro’s leaflet, a clinical study from 2022 showed that 4.9 to 5.7 percent of participants experienced hair loss, compared to 0.9 percent in the placebo group. This is typically due to quickly weight loss.

In another video with the text ‘Mounjaro girls … Are there others whose hair grows gray after hair loss?’ Chloe claimed her new hair has now turned gray.

« So I’ve had hair loss with Mounjaro, but I can’t handle the gray hairs that stick out of my head. I’m 32 years old, and not 62 years – why do I get gray hair? All the new hair is white. I can’t handle that, » she said.

However, there is currently no scientific evidence that Mounjaro directly increases the risk of gray hair. But some users, including Chloe, have reported changes in hair color or structure, which may be due to factors such as diet, nutrition and general health.

Chloe’s Tiktok video, which has been shared under the username @chlo_mckernan, has in almost no time received over 165,200 views, 636 likes and 115 comments.

Several other Mounjaro users have confirmed in the comments that they have also experienced hair loss.

« My hair has fallen out a lot since I started at Mounjaro, » wrote one user while another wrote, « My hair fell into tufts. It’s so scary. »

« I’ve had long and thick hair for years, and I’ve lost so much hair, » it sounded from a third, after which a fourth wrote, « It’s not Mounjaro! It’s the weight loss – the hair will grow out again. »

« Hair loss means you don’t eat enough. It’s important to get enough calories, otherwise you do as much harm as benefit, » explained a fifth.
