Norris Monaco Grand Prix wins the second win this season / day

Noris, who was the fastest in Saturday’s qualifying, retained most of the race in the first position, followed by Charles Lekler (Ferrari).

As the final 15 laps of the race approached, Max Verstapen (« Red Bull ») became the leader, who advanced to first place while the competitors made the second pitstop.

As the top ten in the race last year were the same as qualifying, this year each pilot will have to go boxing at least twice to increase intrigue in the race. Verstapen had a second pitstop to the end of the race, which allowed Noris to regain first place in the 77th place, while last season’s winners slipped to fourth place.

At the finish, Norris overtook Lekler by three seconds, but Oscar Pyastri, the second « McLaren » pilot, finished the top three. Verstapen finished fourth, losing 20.5 seconds.

Fifth place was Lewis Hamilton (« Ferrari »), sixth was Izak Hajar (RB), in seventh place was Esteban Okon (« Haas »), Eighth finished by Liam Loson (RB), and Ninth and Tenth place was taken by Williams.

In the overall standings, the leader has 161 points, Noris has scored 158 points, Verstapen 136 points, and George Russell (« Mercedes ») 99 points.

McLaren ranks first in the Constructors Cup with 319 points, 147 points in Mercedes, 143 – Red Bull and 142 – Ferrari.

There are 24 rounds this season in the F-1 Championship.

Last season, Max Verstapen, a Netherlands, became the champion for the fourth time in a row, but McLaren celebrated victory in the Constructor Cup.
