None of Putin on peacetime negotiations in Turkey, sends his assistant and chief of spy
Russian president Vladimir Putin On Wednesday afternoon, he appointed a delegation, which should have talks in Turkish Istanbul on Thursday about possible tribute with representatives of Ukraine.
