No to the transfer of health data of 10 million French people in the Cloud of Microsoft – Liberation

So happy? In a deliberation published on March 11, the National Commission for Data Protection (CNIL) gave the green light to the HDH to select a random sample of 10 million people representative in terms of age, sex and department of residence in the main basis of the national system of health data from the vast majority of the National Health Insurance Fund.
