An extensive online attack has been over since Easter on three giants in the UK retail market. There are harrods, co-op, and Marks & Spencser.
Although online attacks are becoming increasingly frequent, this is unusual for the fact that the group behind the attacks is largely young people from the United Kingdom and the United States.
To date, attacks in the West have often come from Russia, Iran and North Korea, for example. Anton Már Egilsson, CEO of the network security company Syndis, says the companies lose huge money while the online store is down.

He tells the online attack group for years and even examples of teenagers being inboard. The group also attacked the MGM hotel chain in the United States in 2023, which ended to pay about $ 45 million ransom to access the company’s computer systems again.
