No one will with Curta, but self-determination has the majority? – Politics
In 15. April, the constituent session of the Assembly of Kosovo was scheduled, at which to decide on the President of the Assembly, and according to the agreement of the Coalition, which should form a new government. Although it still is not certain that the coalition will look like, they provided it from self-determination. However, as our interlocutors point out, even that this is true, Kosovo is waiting for a phase of a very unstable majority.
The winner of the Kosovo election is the movement of the previous Prime Minister Ashbina Curta, self-determination from 48 parliamentary places won. However, most of 61 deputies need for the formation of the government, and as the official’s official is the previous president itself AssembliesGlauk Konjufca, toldfor that, coalition with other Albanian parties will be required.
As almost all opposition parties rejected the possibility of cooperation with Self-determinationIt was uncertain how the self-determination will reach 13 necessary deputies.
However, if it is to believe that movement representatives, most exists.
After registration of deputies in the Assembly, the Acting Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati was questioned whether he said enough votes, « Definitely yes. »
The AGIM Bahtira Member also pointed out that the self-determination will form the government, not stating which MPs will do it with.
« I think it is … MPs, 61 and more. It will be working with the deputies of the Republic of Kosovo, » he replied, while Prophet Haljilj said that Kurti would be elected for Prime Minister with 63 votes.
Though discussed a potential coalition Democratic Alliance of Kosovo (LDK) With self-determination, LJDSK Ljider Ljumir Abdidžiku refused Curti’s call for consultations.
He stated that the language of self-determination according to the LDK prevented the cooperation between these two political camps on the formation of a new government.
On the other hand, Fatmir Ljimaj, the leader of the Social Democratic Initiative (Nisma), which performed in the coalition with Alliance for Kosovo’s future (ABK), expressed willingness to form power with Curta.
Possible support for some MPs of the Serbian list
Commenting possible options for government formation, Editor Pristina ATV Least Hoxha for today says no Albanian party will not be in agreement with any Albanian parties.
« When I say a party, I mean lists that were on ballots, so they opted in the elections, » Hoxha explained.
Therefore, he adds, Kurti will « edit » individual MPs.
« It is possible to support three members of Fatmir Limaj, which was in the coalition with ABK Ramusha Haradinaj. The three of them vote for the new government and then finding 3 more Members who fane », claims our interlocutor.
Hoxha points out that in addition to 48 parliament, seven votes by non-Serb parties and three potential MPs of the Social Democratic Initiative, Kurti remains to find three more deputies to reach most.
Speaking of all non-majority parties, Hoxha recalls that one deputy Bosniak nationality with two more members of non-major parties said they would not vote for the third Curtium government.
However, our interlocutor lists one possible « outsade » scenario for arrival to most.
« It would be very interesting if it happens, that three Serbian deputies from the Serbian list, pass into the party Nenad Rašić. Thus, Kurti will have four of the ten Serb votes in the Assembly and would resort to the coalition with the SL, only they would be people who won the SLs, but crossed freedom, justice and survival, « Hoxha says.
Hoxha points out once again the « outsid » is a chance, but it adds that it is mentioned, and as the deadline for the government’s formation is closer, however, however at the beginning of surprisingly, it should be considered.
The Government will be able to knock down one Member of Minority Party
Marko Milenković from NGO New Social Initiative for today says that it is only certain that negotiations last, and that Kurti performed talks with all parties he thinks he can count.
« Certain minority parties are affected by Curti, like Bosniak, Roma, Turkish and other communities, but also Nenad Rasic, which has a submission position in front of the Serb community, » Milenkovic added.
He also points out that the key decision of the Social Democratic Initiative will move to the side of Avalje Kurti.
« This movement has won three mandates and they are a type of tassa on the scale. Now there are this possible opportunity and that negotiations are underway, and that Nisma demanded a presidential place in the Assembly and several ministries, » our interlocutor points out.
These requirements, claims, work great, but adds that self-determination is the only option, as they do not want to cooperate with SL and other opposition parties.
« At this point, with that calculation, it takes only two or three deputies to break the situation and vote out », says Milenković and adds that there are three options.
« First of all, Duda Balja, a member of the Bosniak community. On the other hand, we have a representative of the Roma community and has been assisted by the Gorani Community, which has traditionally been turned to the Serbian list, and so far he was partner of Danas.
Speaking of whether there will be differences in relation to the Serb community, depending on how the government is formed, Milenković claims that there will be no change.
« We will probably participate Nenad Rašić, which has one term of ten, while the SL will not see a change in terms of access to the Serbian community, SL and Belgrade, there is a desire to exclude more from political influence in Kosovo, » Milenkovic says.
Milenković says that it is certain that most will be unstable and in the Assembly, and that the government will be able to demolish « literally one Member of the Minority Party ».
