One morning it looks perfect when I enter the gym: almost no one is there! Virtually all machines are vacant and I see in front of me a quick and simple pass that I slip through at a slow, but effective pace, with only a minimal part of my attention to the different parts while I am busy thinking about something else.

Although the leg kick machine I usually start with, it is busy. And so did the leg kick machine that is third on my round. Then it does not matter that the rest of the gym is completely deserted, my intended route must still be redirected.

With this is activated another part of the brain. Now I have to keep in active memory which machines I have skipped, to return to them later.

When I’m done with Arm Strip Machine Four and Five, a third co -trainer has been added. She sits on machine sex and discusses with her personal trainer, it does not seem to be so short -lived.

Trean is still busy, by a man who trains together and seriously. I do not see what weight he has put on, but it must be impressive. His whole figure radiates it.

On one sits a guy I have noted before, in an American movie he would be an old surfer. He is at least in a hurry of all. Maybe he also makes an unusual number of repetitions, what do I know. But it is not often you see him change the machine.

Those who train seriously Surely do so, I have heard. Goes to the gym every day, but exercises different muscle groups different days. Which means that the whole body has time to get its rest even though the exercise is never interrupted.

My ambition is on a different level, and I am still impressed with my exceptional skill since I went up to train twice a week. Although the motivation behind it was that I miss the training so often, because of the country or travel or a toss of scratch, that only by putting a routine of twice a week can I come up with an average of about once a week the rash throughout the year.

Right now I have to keep three missed stations in my head when I move on to the next, and although the rest of the round is without resistance and every machine eventually becomes free well in advance for me to catch up, I go from the morning workout with a ticking sense of stress in the back of my mind.
