New solutions in blocks of large disc. The bills fall by half
The cooperative currently assembles heat pumps in the next two buildings. Before it began to use them for heating of utility water, solar panels were installed in 33 residential buildings. Mainly high blocks, where there are the highest costs of electricity. The energy produced is used to illuminate common parts – corridors, staircases, basements – and installed passenger elevators.
Now it supplies additionally heat pumps. To limit the losses of hot water and noise, the pumps were placed on the roofs of buildings. Exchange plants are below, on the 11th floor, where outside people do not have access. The building is not heard that the pumps work because the noise is suppressed by anti -vibration pads.
The devices can heat the water to 90 degrees, using energy from photovoltaic panels during the day, and in later hours they can transfer water to tenants water with appropriate parameters. One boiler room serves one building. The pumps work with full performance at a temperature to minus 25 degrees.
The Beskidzka Housing Cooperative is assembling heat pumps
– They work on the reverse system like air conditioning. Instead of cooling under high pressure, they heat water. From pumps mounted on the roofs of the building, heat is transferred inside and stored in three containers with a capacity of one thousand liters each. They allow you to meet the needs of the entire 66 housing building. The installation is safe. Resin insulation is made on the floor, which do not pass water. Flooding sensors and shut -off valves are installed – emphasizes Andrzej Wątroba, owner of APC System Grupa, which made the installation.
The installations were conducted with the least possible interference in the apartments
– Only one tube, there is no mess – say the delighted tenants. – What comfort – Barbara and Stanisław Kowerczuk cannot enjoy. – When we had gas and someone was in the shower, and at that time in the kitchen, it was cold water, now hot water It’s non -stop. In addition, old residents are increasing, this is a lot of comfort and, above all, safety. Every year we made Junkers’ reviews, it was a nuisance – notes Mrs. Barbara.

A big problem with a large album. Intelligent control reduces costs
– This is the future for buildings from a large album – says Henryk Kubecki, deputy president of BSM. – It also allows you to reduce bills. Flow gas heaters are liquidated, which are dangerous because they secrete carbon monoxide. We have intelligent energy control and management, obtained from photovoltaic panels mounted on the roof.
The cooperative received a subsidy of over PLN 1 million for the investment. The Beskidzka Housing Cooperative manages 89 buildings and has over 5,000 apartments in its resources. At the current pace of investments and available sources of financing, the cooperative is able to replace the sources of hot water for ecological in about five buildings a year.
