New Road and Plateau for the Sports and Compensation Complex in the industrial zone of Bakar
The contract for the construction of the road with infrastructure and plateau (A7) in the industrial zone of Bakar on Kukuljanov, which are a prerequisite for the start of the construction of the sports and business complex with a multifunctional hall and swimming pools and a new kindergarten, was signed on Monday in Bakar.
The contract is worth around 1.5 million euros and the deadline for the completion of the works for six months. The City of Bakar is funding works with 424 thousand euros, the Utility Society Vodovod and sewage with around 213 thousand euros, while the Bakar Industrial Zone participates with approximately 843 thousand euros.
The contract was signed by Copper Mayor Tomislav Klarić, Director of Industrial Zone Bakar Linda Sciucca, Director of KD Water Supply and Sewerage Andrej Marochini and Performance Director, Member of GPP Management Board Nikola Turčić.
The contract includes the construction of an internal two -way road with a 190 -meter -long truck truck, a mutual sidewalk and a green belt and a whole infrastructure. As part of the construction of the plate of the A7 mark, an area of about 23,000 square meters, the cascade of platoh is planned, the execution of the slow entrance to the south side of the road and the embankment.
« For the past four years, a huge, invisible job has lasted, from resolving property-legal relations, land buying, infrastructure design, particle combinations. It is at this point that the first phase of the capital project for the construction of a sports and business complex with a three-part sports hall with pools and a series Zone, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and Copper, « Klarić said.
He added that the works include the road and construction of the roundabout, the straightening and preparation of the terrain for the construction of the sports and business complex and the modern kindergarten, for which European funds have already been approved.
