New name on the way to the first husband of OTP Bank

OTP Bank has joined András Hámoriinitially as a procurator, after obtaining all the necessary regulatory approvals, he is expected to assume the role of CEO (CEO). The arrival of András Hámori is the beginning of a new chapter for the OTP Bank after last year’s successful merger of Nova KBM and SKB Bank, the OTP said.

Hámori will succeed Spyridona ntallasa member of the Management Board of Finance and Planning (CFO), who was appointed temporary chairman of the Management Board on 1 January this year and led the bank until the arrival of the new CEO.

The newly united OTP Bank has consolidated its position of the most affordable bank in Slovenia and one of the most important financial institutions in the country. Last year, the OTP Group Slovenia made a net profit of EUR 311 million, and the return on capital (ROE) was 18 percent.
