New photos documents with the man who took the 6 -month -old infant from his 43 -year -old grandmother in the supermarket in Omonia come to light.

In jail the grandmother
The 43 -year -old claims he didn’t know the man. Indeed, in court where he passed, he said that he was stupid that the baby gave him.
Her allegations seem to have not convinced the court and was imposed on her sentence for the report of a minor exposure to a degree of misdemeanor.
Specifically, the court imposed a two -year prison sentence by ordering its partial settlement, which it set for three months. The court ruled to suspend the remainder of the sentence for three years while the appeal was found to have no suspension.
Speaking to Live News, 43 -year -old lawyer Vasilis Spyrou said:

For his part, Special Police Analyst, Stavros Balaskas, said that the court ruling was correct. As ELAS’s investigations said. They must continue without the release of the 43 -year -old who has a direct involvement in the case without, of course, to have clarified what her role is.
