New cast of the long -awaited ‘Harry Potter’ series. Who is who?

After months of speculation and rumors, the streaming platform finally revealed part of the adult cast of the series combining renowned actors and new talents.
With extensive experience in theater and film, 79-year-old American actor, winner of six Emmy awards, two Golden Globes and two Tony, John Lithgow, will be responsible for playing the wise director of the Hogwarts School of Magic and Witchcraft, Albus Dumbledore. British actress Janet McTer, 63, will give life to the transfiguration teacher – transforming one object into another – Minerva McGonagall. The 34 -year -old British actor Paapa Essiedu will take over the complex personality of Severo Snape, one of the most multifaceted and hated characters of the saga.
