NET SUPPORT FOR THE 2025 Presidential Election from UBP: « Our Candidate Ersin Tatar » – Cyprus Newspaper
National Unity Party (UBP) Secretary General Oguzhan Hasipoglu, Ataturk Sports Hall, « Complete Consideration » event held on behalf of Prime Minister Ünal Üsel spoke. UBP Secretary General Hasipoğlu announced that they decided to support the current President Ersin Tatar’s independent candidacy with a common determination in the presidential election to be held in 2025 with the Democratic Party (DP) and the rebirth party (YDP). Hasipoğlu, « Because Ersin Tatar, the Turkish Cypriot people are the candidate of the struggle for existence, » he said.

Hasipoğlu, the Republican Turkish Party (CTP) defending the federation model “Single Sovereignty” and “Zero Warranty, Zero Soldier” approach wanted to be brought to the table, claiming that they are absolutely opposed to this.

Hasipoğlu said that the struggle of UBP did not start today. He said that he started with Fazıl Küçük, that he continued with Rauf Denktaş and became even more clear with Derviş Eroğlu. Hasipoğlu said that this honorable seizure is now in the hands of Ersin Tatar.

Hasipoğlu explained that the government led by Prime Minister Üstel broke a record in school construction in education, carried out five hospital projects in health at the same time and changed the fate of the country with water projects in agriculture and drew attention to economic improvements and local government achievements.
