Neal and Senne slipped in without a ticket and saw the Champions League final: « someday we will sometimes run against the lamp » (inland)

Neal Remmerie (20) and Senne Haverbeke (20), two people in their twenties who have become very popular on Tiktok in the past year, make remarkable films in their free time. Their content mainly consists of the penetration of difficult places such as amusement parks, festivals and football matches. With that they get impressive viewing figures. « We never want to hurt anyone with our videos. We just want to make fun content and entertain people, » says the duo.

« We are not really planning our videos, but this project has been detained in our agenda for months, » says Neal. « There was a lot of preparation, » adds Senne. « We met several times to go through everything well. We had a plan A, B, C, … more than enough. »

They succeeded and they were able to enjoy the match, but what if things had turned out differently? « There were two options: either we came in and could enjoy the match, or we were caught and spent the night in jail. Both scenarios had yielded a good video, » the friends say.

Criminal offenses

Their videos often contain criminal offenses – just breaking in somewhere is not allowed. But that does not scare the friends. « We have not yet experienced any real negative consequences of our videos. All but when we entered the Kinepolis. We received an email afterwards and have paid everything neatly, » says Senne. « We will someday run into the lamp, but we will not be shocked, » Neal adds.

Their parents also have few problems with it. « Of course they are not behind the fact that we penetrate forbidden places, but they see how much work we put in and what the result is. They are proud of that. As long as we don’t immediately harm anyone with our stunts, it’s okay. It is never our intention to get people angry. We just want to entertain people, » say the content creators.

They also receive purely positive reactions from their followers. « We only get good feedback. We are occasionally recognized on the street and even then people are only enthusiastic about the content we make. That makes us proud. »

Own input and foreign influences

The boys started ticktok to capture nice memories from their youth. « We have always wanted to do those extreme things. We were looking for a goal in our lives and always wanted to make nice films. Now that we are a bit older, that is all a bit easier. »

The choice for Tiktok is also well -considered. « The dream is still to make content on YouTube, but you must already have an audience for that. Tiktok is the new platform of recent years and short videos are now the trend, » the duo explains. Last July they started to tackle their content seriously after their video about entering Tomorrowland viral.

The boys get their inspiration from different sources. « We come up with a lot ourselves, but also get inspiration from abroad, because in Belgium you don’t really have content creators that do what we do, » says Neal. « Our inspiration actually comes from all sides, » adds Senne.

There is still a lot on the schedule this summer, but they can’t tell anything about that yet. It is known that the two friends will participate in Red Bull Vél-Eeau in Kortrijk this weekend. Follow all their adventures on their tap account Neal & Senne.
