After seven years of marriage and four children, Alvaro Morata and his wife, Alice Campello, went apart last summer.
But the love between the Spanish striker and the Italian influencer never completely escaped. In January, the couple shared a photo on Instagram where they kiss and confirm that they have found back together.

Now Campello is unveiling what went wrong – and why they should never have broken up. In an interview in the Italian talk show ‘Verissimo’, she calls the separation « the biggest mistake we have ever made ».
She explains that only after the breakup they understood how much they meant to each other and how difficult it was to do without the other.
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, the rubbing emerged during the European Championships 2024, when Spain beat England in the final. Morata would celebrate the victory with the whole family, but Campello reportedly insisted that only she, the children and her girlfriends had to get on the field – something that triggered a violent quarrel and put the relationship under pressure.
At the same time, Campello struggled with psychological aftermath of the birth of their daughter Bella in 2023, when her life was in danger. She says that for a long time she felt bad without being aware of it.
