National player Koch extended in Frankfurt until 2030
Despite tempting offers, national player Robin Koch decided to remain at Eintracht Frankfurt and extended his contract with the Hessian Bundesliga club prematurely until 2030. « We have succeeded in binding an absolute service provider in the long term, which is an important signal, » commented Frankfurt’s sports director Markus Krösche the extension of Koch’s working paper until 2027.
The 28-year-old defense chief of the Champions League participant was mainly courted by runner-up Bayer Leverkusen, but ultimately decided to remain in the main metropolis after intensive conversations. «I often listen to my gut feeling. Koch came to Eintracht from Leeds United in 2023, for which he previously played 85 competitive games.
