Natalia Kiselova denies the allegations of pressure, allows for a sword recovery with a change in the rules
The Sword Parliamentary Group can be re -established a change in the rules, Parliament President Natalia Kiselova announced at an extraordinary briefing at the National Assembly. According to her, this should be done either with new texts governing the consequences of the Constitutional Court’s decision, or with texts to fill the legislative gap for cases where groups decrease before the oath of newly elected MPs. She added that the sword group enjoyed comfort and tolerance, and before the decision to declare the formation as a non -existent Radostin Vasilev was warned.
Kiselova denied the allegations that he had been pressured by presidents of other parliamentary groups, saying that the only pressure he admitted was that of the experts.
Constitutionalists with whom Dnevnik spoke, explained that the disbanded sword group could be re -established, but after the oath of the two new MPs from the formation and a change in the rules. It was because of the need for such a change that the opposition saw a plan for legitimizing through the Party Nomadic Rules.
