Narve was offered false facades « Seven Wonders of the World »
Very encouraging news came to Narva yesterday, on Monday, March 31. A foreign construction company with centuries of experience, whose name has not yet been disclosed, proposed a joint project as a charitable act. The idea of philanthropists is to place false facades on seven « abandonment » of the border city. The highlight of this idea is that 7 wonders of the world will be depicted on the false facades. Accordingly, the project will be called: « Seven Wonders of the World. »
The Narva Gazeta contacted the company in Estonia today and found out that her interest in our city was due to the fact that one of its co -owners several years ago received a wonderful lesson in humanity in Narva. The man left his briefcase on the park bench, in which his documents were, a large amount of money and rare photos from the family archive. He found loss only after a few hours.
The appeal to the police did not bring results in such a short time, but already on the morning of the next day the portfolio was transferred to the Narva guest at the hotel registration rack. All things in the portfolio were on the spot, only 100 euros were not enough, that the owner of the portfolio considered a fee for the service. A grateful foreigner believes that Narva, as a city at the EU line, should get rid of abandoned buildings as soon as possible – through the participation of the state, self -government and, of course, the owners of the buildings themselves. But while this has not happened, the city can help out false facades, the need for which in Narva began to talk about a couple of years ago.
The preliminary cost of the project “Seven Wonders of the World” is 700,000 euros. The self -financing of the Narv self -government includes the costs of the red ribbon for the opening ceremony and the cost of buffet in honor of its end.
