Narva Hospital invites to note the best employees of the service sector
In March, the Narva Hospital in the framework of a month of good service invites its patients to celebrate and praise the best employees of the service sector. Every day in the hospital there are about 50 specialists providing patient maintenance.
The service service of patients in the Narva hospital plays an important role in providing the patient with the necessary information and its transmission. Service employees help at all stages: from registering for an appointment with a doctor, sister or specialist to booking a new time or paying for accounts. They also answer questions by phone, help to sign up or cancel the reception and solve other issues related to medical services.
“Employees of the service sector are often the first person who is faced with the patient in the hospital, whether it is a dressing room, an employee of the registry or secretary. They are an integral part of the team and many work processes, ”said Olga character, coordinator of the patient’s service service.
“The contribution of service staff is sometimes invisible, so we dedicated March to their important work,” said Yullar Lanno, a member of the board of the Narva Hospital.
As part of a month of good service, the Narva hospital holds a competition, as a result of which the best employee of the service sector will be chosen in April. In certain places, questionnaires for collecting reviews that are asked to leave in boxes for reviews will be distributed. In early April, the hospital’s commission will choose on the basis of the received reviews of the employee who will receive the title of the best employee of the service sector.
“I invite all patients of the Narva Hospital in March to pay attention to our employees of the service sector, thank them and express gratitude, especially if one of them managed to masterfully resolve the situation, offer more than expected, or just cheer you up,” Lnno noted.
