After 15 years of downloading Muki, in 2021 he was released from behind the bars. Over the past years, it has completely transformed, taking at least a hundred pounds, but its deteriorated soul does not seem to have changed.
He was accused of reigning over his sister after his release, who was the only one. Nevertheless, Muki expected him to serve everything. For this reason they often argued and Muki repeatedly threatened with a knife. She was afraid of her, so she had moved out of her own house for a while. On the night of March 28, 2022, they began to argue again: when András K. grabbed him in the throat and began to squeeze his neck, telling him he would kill him. It was only in Catherine’s defense that she could not redeem her threat. The antecedent of the incident was that the cost of their mother’s grave was quarreled.
A man accused of attempting to murder as a strange rebound is currently imprisoned in the capital, but was transferred to the Szeged Prison before the trial. The bearded Muki wore a white shirt, which was strained on the inflated body. He did not agree to be recorded in a recognizable way.
Prosecutor Dr. Tamás Tóth said in his speech that the most basic moral norm is that you « do not kill » what the accused once violated for downloading his sentence. In his view, however, he tried to do so again for the most serious consequences.

His brother notified the ambulance at first not the police because he was not feeling well. He had nausea, dizzy, thirst for breath, so he notified the ambulance. So it wasn’t his primary intention to try to get rid of his brother by getting back behind the bars. (…) The accused wished the victim’s death there at that moment. Then he later mentioned his prisoner’s companions, if he was released, he would no longer get away with his sister. The accused got an opportunity, but he can’t get another opportunity. According to an expert, there is also a risk of repetition. There is a way to prevent this by withdrawing from society and sentenced to life imprisonment by the court. We did not propose the actual life imprisonment because the crime remained in an experimental phase, the prosecutor explained.
Muki’s lawyer sees what happened quite differently.
– In my opinion, it can only be concluded that, even at worst, the accused wanted to cause a serious bodily injury to the victim, but he was only trapped in the experimental phase. This can only be determined by doubt. The victim had only subjective pain, the experts could not justify the abuse, said dr. Tamás Fedor’s defense speech.
At an earlier hearing, Muki’s sister also appeared last year. Catherine then told Blikk that she hadn’t met her brother since what had happened. He stepped to the microphone with a trembling foot, but he did not want to testify, so his statements were read so far.

He said this was for God’s command. He also said I report calmly, he can withstand that 10 years, but when he comes out, he graduates with me, « Catherine previously confessed.
In the last word, the murderer, who had been tough and emotionless, was sensitized.
– I got into a hassle with my brother, but I didn’t want to kill him. I did not want his death and I do not wish in the future. This is what my cellmates claim, but unfortunately they are capable of their freedom. Once again, I did not want the death of my brother, he has three beautiful, beautiful children. I just wanted to make my mother’s grave because I feel like she deserves so much. Because he raised me – he cried in the courtroom and buried his face in his hand.
The Judge of the Szeged General Court finally sentenced András K. to a 20 -year imprisonment for an attempt to murder. It is not conditionally released from its punishment before. Muki was amazed at the decision as he expected to get away with cheaper.

It’s enough that there is no death penalty anymore, and with him, what he did with my granddaughter should do it. They feed these disrespectfuls in prison! At the same time, I still claim that Muki did not kill Henike alone. That lean kid wouldn’t have been able to withstand my granddaughter – explained Aunt Erzsike, whose family is still hit by fate. – I have a great -grandchild who is very reminiscent of Henike. But, unfortunately, he struggles with brain tumor that is in a place where it cannot be surgery. He’s only four years old. I don’t know what we deserve so many tragedies …
