Mucunski at the morning liturgy in the church « St. Naum Ohridski » in Sweden

Foreign Minister and Foreign Trade Minister Timco Mucunski will pay a working visit to the Kingdom of Sweden today and tomorrow. According to the Minister on his Facebook profile, Sweden is a friendly country of Macedonia with excellent bilateral relations, stable partnerships and solid links through the numerous Macedonian diaspora.

In the announcement, Mucunski said the visit began with the church « St. Naum Ohridski », becoming the first foreign minister to attend the morning liturgy and met with representatives of the Macedonian community in this part of Sweden.

During today’s and tomorrow I am paying a working visit to the Kingdom of Sweden – a friendly country that connects us with excellent bilateral relations, a stable partnership and solid links through the numerous Macedonian diaspora.

– I started the visit with the church « St. Naum Ohridski ». It is a great honor that I am the first foreign minister to attend the morning liturgy and met with representatives of the Macedonian community in this part of Sweden. The meeting was an opportunity to hear their initiatives and expectations, to inform them of government policies to strengthen the diaspora and confirm their significant contribution to the promotion of Macedonian culture and maintaining close relations between the two countries, Mucunski said.
