The lawsuit states that the applicant was « massively sexually harassed » in public and in front of the camera. She was shocked and did not know how to react, especially since a camera and bright headlights were aimed at her. « The defendant’s camera team did not intervene, » it says. Suspected perpetrator researched

She saw the incident weeks later on TV. They would have asked friends, their boss and strangers. The alleged crime has already become statute -barred under criminal law, but he had already researched the alleged perpetrator, according to the woman’s lawyer, Michael Rami. The amount in dispute is 35,000 euros. Of this, 25,000 euros are paid to the injunction request and 10,000 euros on the required compensation.

ATV stated that the applicant had always been made unrecognizable in all available versions – with « a production -related exception ». In addition, the woman has not objected to ATV for almost three years.
