Most expensive dog in the world was sold for 5.3 million euros

A wealthy Bengaluru dog enthusiast headlines this Thursday when buying the most expensive dog in the world. Sathish, 51, paid an impressive 50 million rupees (about 5.3 million euros) for Cadabomb Okami, a rare ‘Wolf Dog’ which is a cross between a wolf and a Caucasian shepherd.

Cadabomb Okami is not only the most expensive dog in the world, but is believed to be the first of its kind. It is eight months, close to 80 centimeters high and already weighs 75 kg.

« I spent 50 million rupees to buy this dog because I like dogs and I like to have unique dogs and introduce them to India, » said Sathish, according to The Sun.

This is not Sathish’s first extravagant purchase. Last year, he bought a Chow-Chow, which very much resembles a Panda Qinling for three million euros.
