According to local disaster management, at least five people have lost their lives, 19 people have been injured and another six people are lost. The factory concerned was warned at least twice in 2024 for security risks, but in September, the Weifang authorities still praised it because, they said it was discovered and removed in the first eight months of the year with the involvement of party members.
