Mogo / RSU for the fourth time wins Hockey Punch and enters the OHL Final / Day
For the second consecutive game, Girts Ankipan entrusted Mogo/RSU goalkeeper to Nils Mauriņš, for the first time in the series, Arthur Pavlukov, Hockey Punks. His first shot Pavlukov fouled out, but Karl Bucenieks played the puck again to his captain, and this time Hockey’s Punks was powerless – 1: 1.
In the first minute of the second third, Meia was a great opportunity, but the puck from the front of the goal went to Pavlukov’s circling. The homeowners turned out to be fateful for three minutes, during which three pucks arrived at the gate. After David Sarkan’s pass, Ingus Ločmelis was aimed and hit along the right pillar. Rolan Vasilyev played Kudrevich beautifully behind the goal, the puck came to Krišjānis Riedlich, who beat Pavlukov for the third time. And after 16 seconds, Karlis Ozoliņš Dominika Motee Motee was hit by a 4: 1 goal post.
In the first minute of the third period, Ozolins increased the score difference after a pass by Sarkan with a shot over goalkeeper. Four minutes later, Meija put Ozolins in the middle of the puck, and Karl scored his third goal with a strong shot. In the minority, Kaspars Ziemiņš escaped from the guards, which was only stopped by Maunula. The winter went to execute the appointed bull, but in this duel the Vilnius goalkeeper was superior. In the last minutes, Pavlukov had to remove two more pucks from his gate. Riedlich scored his second goal from the front with a repeat shot, and in the same achievement, Ločmelis was also scored. Mogo/RSU won 8: 1, scoring 4-0 throughout the series and entered the OHL final.
In the final, Mogo/RSU will meet with the winners of Jelgava Zemgale/LBTU and Tallinn Panter semi -finals. In this series Zemgale/LBTU is leading 3-0.
