Modliborzyce. A motorcyclist with 4 promils lost his friend while driving
On Saturday afternoon, an unusual event occurred in Maruszów. A 42-year-old man working on a nearby farm, without the consent of the owner, took the agricultural tractor and hit him on the BMW parked in front of the store. After the collision, he left the scene. The police quickly determined the perpetrator who had 3.5 per mil of alcohol in his blood. He was accompanied by a friend, also drunk, with a result of 3.4 per mil. The driver went to a police cell.
Motorcycle bravado in Modliborzyce
In Modliborzyce, a 44-year-old man from the Baćkowice commune ran a Yamaha motorcycle with 4 alcohol per body. As a result of baking driving, he lost his passenger, a 42-year-old who, fortunately, did not suffer serious injuries. The passenger was also intoxicated, with a result of 2.2 per mil. The driver was detained and imprisoned in police custody.

On Friday in officials, police from the Opatów road detained a 50-year-old Peugeot driver. The man drove a vehicle with 2.2 per mil of alcohol in his blood. He lost his driving license and will also be in court.

All three of the detained men will stand in court. They face up to 3 years imprisonment, many years of driving bans and high financial penalties. The police call for prudence and responsibility on the roads.
