Mirabela Dauer, heard at DNA: « I am grieved and indignant »
Singer Mirabela Dauer was called to hear by the prosecutors of the National Anticorruption Directorate, in the file of the eternal places in which the general general is investigated, former commander of the Logistics of the Army.
Mirabela Dauer was one of those who received an illegally granted place.
« I wanted a place for ever …
Not to belong to me, I wanted it for those who loved me to have a flower, to light a candle. A silent desire for peace for what will be after leaving for the better world.
Through the greatness of General Zisu, I received a paid concession, not demanded. I thought that with her, peace would come. But instead of gratitude, I received a summons. For the first time in my life, I saw myself called to DNA.
Not for a guilt, but for an assumption. Not for a deed, but for a misunderstanding.
And everything I feel is deaf pain and a humility that is not right for me.
I am grieved and indignant and I choose today to address you, those who have always supported me with love and respect.
I found out with astonishment that a simple, profoundly human gesture, coming from a person who loved artists all his life and who dedicated to their support, was transformed into a reason for suspicion. The fact that I was offered, with all my heart, a place of eternity, a place of eternity, my dear-a symbol of care and appreciation towards the artist, not a favor, a gain-was enough to be called to DNA.
It’s revolting! It is painful to live in a world where humanity, gratitude and respect for art become topics of investigation. I did not ask for anything, I did not take anything with the strength – I was offered, with love, a quiet place for when I will not be. So much. Nothing more.
It hurts me that I have to defend my dignity for a gesture that should be understood in the light of human values, not bureaucratic suspicions. The artists of this country deserve gratitude, not humility. It is worth support, no investigations.
I thank all those who are with me, who know the man behind the name and who understand that art is not judged, but respects.
Thank you and respect is what I convey to General Cătălin Zisu. And one more thing – the truth always comes to the surface, don’t forget!
I hug you! With sadness, but with his forehead, the singer said.
