Mirabela Dauer, heard at DNA for forever
Singer Mirabela Dauer was quoted by anti-corruption prosecutors to be heard on Thursday in one of the files of the former army logistics, General Cătălin Zisu.
According to some judicial sources, it was called at 2:00 pm to be heard, as a witness, in a new file in which General Cătălin Zisu was charged with DNA for inciting abuse in service related to the concession of burial places in the Ghencea III Military Cemetery to relatives or persons close to him.
In the same file, five other military personnel are prosecuted.
The DNA announced on June 5 that, in April 2024, General Cătălin Ștefăniță Zuu would have determined General Alexandru Nedelcu to approve the conclusion of the concession contracts of the burial places for an anticipation for a period of 49 years for five persons, for whom the requests have been prepared in this respect, in which the persons have been prepared in this respect, military/contractual contractual personnel within the MApN.
Through these steps, General Nedelcu, at the instigation of Zisu, with the complicity of the members of the analysis commission, would have approved the concession of 49 -year burial places in the Ghencea III Military Cemetery, to persons who did not meet the legal conditions, thus affecting the legitimate interests of the MAPN to ensure the correctness of the concession and the correction of the places, On the one hand, creating an undue use for the benefit of the five persons, relatives or persons close to General Zisu, by concessioning the burial places with the non -observance of the legal provisions.
In addition, General Alexandru Nedelcu would have approved the concession of a place of burial in anticipation and for the sixth person, his son, although he knew that he did not meet the legal conditions.
In this context, the other suspects, members of the commissions constituted at the level of UM 02210 Bucharest to verify the conditions for granting the burial places, would be prepared and/or signed minutes, attesting, unreally, that the applicants meet the conditions described in the Regulation on the organization and administration of the military cemeter art. 14 para. (2) Lit. a) and c) of Law no. 102/2014, regarding the cemeteries, human crematoriums and funeral services, thus facilitating the disposition, with intent, by the commander of the unit, General Alexandru Nedelcu, of the distribution of the respective burial places.
At the same time, Colonel Ionuț-Leonard Ghiorghe would have determined a subordinate to falsely record, in the content of requests/reports for the distribution of anticipation burial places in the Ghencea III military cemetery, non-data in which the military qualities in reserve and contractual personnel were attested in the case of three persons.
This is the second criminal case opened on behalf of General Cătălin Ștefăniță Zisu, after being charged for abuse in service, in connection with irregularities in carrying out a contract for the extension of a military cemetery, the value of the contract being 41 million lei.
