Milan’s guide dog was banned from school

A visually impaired young man in Ajka learned a weaving in a special school, exactly which he does not want to tell, and there was no much left of four -year school.

– When I decided to want a guide dog, they said I might have to wait. I had a year and a half from school, so I didn’t mind, ”he remembered. – Finally, the opportunity came very quickly, Nelson arrived in the Baráthegyi Guide Dog from School. But not everyone liked it. Two teachers turned the others against me and even signed a consent statement with the class to see if Nelson could go with me. Finally, they made a choice: either a dog or a school.

By then, the young man had practically learned the profession, but he had no chance to get paper. Still, he decided on his dog and stepped into life without an official degree, but Nelson stepped into life.

– I made a good decision, he’s a miracle! I learned the weaving for three years, I have practice. I liked it at the beginning, so I knew I wanted to work on it, he said. Fortunately, life has justified him, has been able to find him, and has been in the profession ever since, and at work he and his dog were accepted without any problems. Nelson has retired as a guide, but still lives with Milan. Over the years, they have had a lot of adventures: Nelson appeared as a witness at Milan’s brother’s wedding in a bow tie.

– Once we went to Balatonfüred, which was quite stressful to me. I was afraid how we would board the ship, and the entrance was narrow. But Nelson solved it. He was there all the time, the tranquility radiated. He is a real Buddha, he always glued this energy to me – Milan laughed, whom his dog once protected from a serious attack. Another dog that was released from a garden tried to ruin Milan, barking at him, but Nelson crossed his owner, defending the young man with his body.

Milan is still very difficult to open when the teenage story comes into play: he has not even realized at the time to take action against school, and has been experiencing it badly since he has to revive those days.
