The warnings of future Russian attacks on Europe are reminiscent of Anderson’s « Emperor’s NEW RUHO, » President Zoran Milanovic said on Thursday, saying that Russia had no soldiers to win Ukraine.

On the second day of his official visit to Podgorica at the Faculty of Political Science with Montenegrin counterpart, Jakov Milatovic, Milanovic taught on the topic of ‘Extension of the European Union as a geopolitical imperative’.

As part of the lecture whose title Milanovic described « Haushofer and Mackinder », referring to the German and Briton, considered the initiators of geopolitical thought, the 38-year-old Montenegrin president said his country has an « ambitious but realistic » goal of EU membership by 2028.

« Our joining would be a good example of everyone else in the region, to see the light at the end of the tunnel, that the process is alive, » Milatovic said.

The Croatian president warned Montenegrin that they had to « keep self -esteem » along the way because the state was « most valuable to them ».

Eagle and pig

As the day earlier at a press conference after meeting with Milatovic, the Croatian president recalled the poem about the Eagle and the pig of Montenegrin poet and rulers of Petar Petrovic Njegos and compared them with European negotiations.
