The first reason is strategic and political. The more strategic agreements and such partnerships we have with major and significant world factors, such as the United Kingdom, the longer the stability and perspective of Macedonia as a state and the citizens will be. I see this agreement as a step forward in that direction. I am convinced that this kind of friendship and partnership can only bring good things to the citizens. This was stated today by Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, regarding what he assessed, the historic strategic partnership agreement with the United Kingdom.

-In economic terms, that is the second reason, we have already mentioned that we have a framework that makes us available about 6 billion euros, or about £ 5 billion. These are two types of work -agreed projects, the prime minister said after visiting the Idrizovo Training Center, where a new approach to treating persons violates laws was promoted.

The first is the reconstruction, modernization and construction of another track on the railway that is part of Corridor 10, on the move from Tabanovce to Gevgelija.

The second group of projects, Mickoski said, are related to healthcare: Finally completing the Clinical Center Stip, together with the Faculty of Medicine and the 200 beds, completing the health institution in Kicevo and reconstruction of the Tetovo Clinical Hospital.

He announced that they continue to use the framework at their disposal. Here, underlined, of course, includes energy projects, projects especially from transport, as well as projects in the fields of medicine and health.

– It is possible, in the foreseeable future, if everything works in the way we expect, the Grand Clinical Center in Skopje to be built. So, the benefits will be multiplied, and I am convinced that as a state we are on the threshold of a transformation period. These are transformational projects that aim to add value- not only to the quality of life of the citizens here, but also in the Macedonian economy- Prime Minister Mickoski is clear.

In the coming days, a visit to London will also be visited where senior delegations from the two governments will sign an agreement.
