Mickoski: Jovan Kostadinov, the hero who showed what humanity means
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski met today with young Jovan Kostadinov from Vinica, who rescued 21 people from the fire at the Pulse disco in Kocani.
-Today I met Jovan Kostadinov, a young man from Vinica, who at the most difficult moment showed what courage, responsibility and humanity mean. John, at just 19 years old, entered the burning facility in Kocani and saved 21 lives. Without thinking, with great privacy and dedication, he did something that few would dare to do – wrote Mickoski on Facebook.
John, as the prime minister points out, is not just the hero of this tragedy, he is a symbol of a new generation that knows how to make a difference.
« His act learns how to be human, how to be dignified and unselfish at the moment when it means the most, » says Mickoski.
The prime minister shared the information that John would be awarded a scholarship as a sign of recognition of his courage and humanity.
– Alkaloid, as a socially responsible company, took this initiative and thus showed that it recognizes and values such bright examples. Thanks to everyone who helps in these difficult times for the state and the people- says Mickoski.
