Message of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Narva Cityproof (Town Hall)

The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Narv City Council reports the establishment of a detailed planning of the Town Hall and the adjacent territory in the part of the pos. 1-3, pos. 5-6, pos. 9-10 decision No. 35 of the Narva City Assembly of 04.24.2025.

The purpose of the detailed layout is the expansion of Stockholm Square and the planning of cafes and parking under it, the construction of an administrative and educational center, including the new building of the city council, restore HelSingi historical Street and its use as a pedestrian, as well as designating the sidewalk of the location of the former Western wall. A detailed layout solves the issues of traffic organization (including access and parking), landscaping and landscaping, and also determines the necessary environmental conditions. A detailed layout does not contain a proposal to change or clarify the current general layout of the old city of Narva.
