Message of the Department of Architecture and City Planning of the Narva Cityproof (ORA 4)
The Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Narv City Council publishes a draft conditions for designing for the construction of a refrigeration building at the address Oru 4.
The territory is valid on 04/21/2009. years by decision of n. 56 of the Narva City Assembly, the approved detailed layout of the territory of Kreenholmi – 26. Juuli – uusküla – ORU quarter. Based on the application for design conditions, new provisions have appeared, due to which it is necessary to clarify the decision of the detailed layout regarding architectural, construction and forming solutions. Since it was found that the detailed layout was mistakenly shown incorrect data in terms of the maximum permitted building area of the ORU 4 section and the average percentage of plots with business purpose, which surround the ORA 4 section in detailed layout – 30%, the competent institution finds that it is also justified for the ORA 4 section to resolve maximum development within 30%.
Open production lasts until April 11, 2025.
On the basis of part 2 of paragraph 50 of the Law on the conduct of the production of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, it is a proposal not to hold a public meeting to discuss the issue. It is possible to issue a legal act without discussion at a public meeting, if the appointed time, namely by April 11, 2025, no proposals or objections were received, and/or production participants refused to discuss the issue at a public meeting.
