In diplomacy it is like in film activity. There is a real good result when the work is done, the project successful, acceptable to general satisfaction, and the director’s hand/diplomat’s hand slightly noticeable.
Greetings to Mr. Butler and this is another nice occasion to remember the words he emphasized, among other things, at the end of the successful mandate, when leaving, and today in the spirit of the new reality are current and valuable for re -reading. His Excellency Mr. Butler then told us something that some of the agile printed and remaining media, as part of his daily update, routinely noticed, conveyed and underlined it – watch out for corruption and do not suffer the mediocre.
At first glance, first reading, listening, tracking, words lies just one more in a series of general guidelines and tips for a more successful systemic transformation of reality called the Republic of Macedonia. From diplomatically balanced lexicon and persistent and often noted and indicated repetition, for the danger and damage of corruption, mediocrity, one of the key points, from the experience, the analytical discourse of the respected diplomat, diplomat, diplomatic, diplomat, from the Republic of Macedonia.
The danger of corruption and mediocrity, which the respected diplomat pointed out, seems to have not only been routine courtesy, nor a naive underlining the topic. Such indications from diplomats are still being re -actualized and concrete actions are now being undertaken.
Corruption, nepotism, mediocrity … have emerged that basically and seriously contradict the essence of capitalist logic. They are not only a big obstacle but a start -up with half -result and success in achieving capitalist elementary strategy – profit, development, progress.
The famous anecdote for one of the heirs of Rockefeller, the symbol and the synonym of capitalist well -being, who first had to sell newspapers, to prepare for the right business, from today’s prospective gets the right dimension and point. Capital has a solid and unwavering logic in which emotions, nepotism, family, play a meaningless, almost no role. Many of the famous wealthy capitalists keep their close / inappropriate / business away, so as not to harm their own interests. But it is in developed cruel capitalism.

The right people in the right places, it must be the rule in our alley. This is the logic of the harsh capitalist competition. The experiences of the developed world should be respected and applied in practice. Without that elementary transformation in consciousness we will only rotate endlessly about the hope for a bright future. Without establishing these verified experiences, perspectives will be blurred, the results will be missing, the future will be further complicated.
Partitioning and strong politicization are the basic type of systemic stall. Mediology is the key link of systemic corruption and such placement misses the goal. Such are the situation looked at and evaluated by the visa of the objective optics of the respected ambassador, who was obviously a good connoisseur of our circumstances.
These and similar recommendations are not only diplomatic and courtesy lexicon but also the result of analytical discourse, which as a starting basis affirms and verifies the essence of capitalist logic.
If every action in capitalism is focused on profit, building and raising standard and well -being, it is the priority of social reproduction as a whole. In this regard, politics should also be reproduced and stopped acting as a mental abstraction, but to understand its action primarily as a generator that dynamizes the economy and affirms the entrepreneurial spirit and economic competition.
Abuse of power to personal benefit, so corruption is defined in the wider framework. But the problem is that at the same time it does not become clear enough what is abuse, so there is always a risk of falling into relativizing things. Zero corruption, in any case, does not exist, it is an illusion. But in abnormal social conditions many things become normal.
Mediology, at first glance, social « cute » deviation, is basically deeply contradictory to capitalism as a system and impedes its efficiency.
You cannot have a successful economy, diplomacy, judiciary, administration if they manage mediocre, collected by several generations of « frightening nepotism », which today, as always, through politics and « class equality » persists, and in these obscure times they are trying to maintain their positions and privileges.
Pragmatic profit logic respects prominent / with concrete results / individuals regardless of ideological affiliations or inadvertence and absorbs and stirs them as creative and profit resources in the realization of assigned tasks and their own interest.

There is no fair and quality judiciary when it caught staff that they gained their positions in a system in which they had always been in power and in which they kept it for themselves and handed it over and practiced in tight family and party circles turning practically into a party rod.
The stall is primarily a result of the conflict of interest in the logic of the system itself. Independent judiciary is a necessary condition for structural reforms. It should stop and reconsider the apparent decade -long robbery, criminal privatization of social capital and criminalization in general. Effectively and quickly solve the objects that are captured and chained to class party and family frameworks and relations, which have practically annexed justice and judiciary and disable their efficiency and enforcement.
The capture of this sphere of the corrupt and subordinate mentality, imposed by the narrow -party interest and the gross and unprofessional violations of the staffing procedure, during several democratic shifts of power, when a series of sudden and controversial party solutions took the judiciary to transition. It is undisputed that our judiciary needs a thorough transformation. But that does not mean removing deviant phenomena by replacing two or three high -ranking officials. Or aide calculation with fine corruption. Reforms in this area should be fundamental, which would actually dismantle a hardened inert system, which is hidden in the labyrinths of theoretical relativism and which as such is a real major obstacle to transforming and developing democratic processes and economic prosperity.

In such an atmosphere, smarter, more capable, those with higher capacity withdraw from politics and leave it to average, below -average and mediocre, and see their work and business or leave the country.
They see what awaits them if they enter politics, if they do their best to help with the common good, they see that whatever they do if they are very successful then the incompetent will work on their denial and persecution with the abuse of the judiciary and the media, and they are seen risky and uncomfortable, and unnecessarily, so they decide their own capacity or unnecessary.
Thus, political decisions are increasingly made by low -capacity amateurs, some that according to their personal capacity and quality would sometimes not qualify for the seventh echelon of the parties. It is the worst and long -term most difficult consequence of the country by such a method of managing the largest party in power for more than six years.
It is a vicious circle that Macedonia will find it difficult.
The negative selection of staff with the most responsible functions and mediocre are increasingly taking up the space in the political spectrum and they will increasingly allow more capable than them to rule and make significant decisions for the state, the people and the nation.
Our spirit should be much stronger than the weak and miserable souls, who are trying to use others to support and trample to dishonestly climb and look higher without asking themselves about their real capacity and capacity and what is the value or curse of such « success ». Hard to us if we leave such a miserable and miserable heritage to future generations.
Watch out for corruption and do not suffer the mediocre, he slightly recommended us to leave – his Excellency – Mr. Butler. And we the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia with whom you had countless cordial meetings Seddens, talks – thanks to all well -intentioned other diplomats, councilors consultants. We thank them for indications, for the time and patience they have for us. And quite to the end…
The worst of all kinds of illiteracy is political illiteracy.
That’s all the people…
