MD Ilinden has asked MEP Vinche and ECA to support Macedonia’s report
Macedonian Society « Ilinden » – Tirana has asked Laurent Vince, MEP of the Hungarian Democratic Alliance of Romania and president of the Federal Union of European Nationalities (Fuen), to support the report on our country in the European Parliament.
-In the name of the Macedonian National Minority in the Republic of Albania, the Macedonian Society « Ilinden »-Takana is demanding that you adopt the Macedonia Progress Report on the European Union in the European Parliament, which contains the long-awaited recognition of the Macedonian language and the Macedonian identity-reads the letter.
It adds that « the Macedonian language and the Macedonian identity are an equal part of Europe’s cultural and linguistic wealth ».
It is also emphasized that the Macedonian identity and the Macedonian language are a historical fact in a continuity of the new era to the present day and that « the European Parliament has a historical duty and responsibility to accept the historical truth as a civilization benefit ».

MD « Ilinden » has been an equal member of Fuen, the highest minority organization in Europe for 10 years.
As Gurdjaj told MIA, the company sent an identical request to the European Free Alliance (ECA).
Since March last year, a full -fledged ECA member has been the Party of Macedonians in Albania, the Macedonian Alliance for European Integration (MAEI).
At the General Assembly held in Nantes, France, at the beginning of May this year, ECA adopted a resolution to protect the Macedonian identity in Albania and Bulgaria.
