Maru, detained by DIICOT prosecutors

Accused of having given drugs to the 20-year-old who died from an overdose yesterday, Tudor Duma, said Maru, was detained by DIICOT.

Investigators demand his preventive arrest for 30 days, Bucharest Court will decide.

Rareș had been in Maru’s home, known as a drug supplier, where they made a live on a social network.

From there he was taken over by an ambulance and transported to Floreasca Hospital where he did not stay much. He went home on his own signature, and after a few hours, his brother found him died.

Maru told journalists that he did not give drugs to the young man and that he has not been drugged for two years.

Tudor Duma, said Maru, is accused of high -risk drug trafficking. A few witnesses were called to the hearings.

Duma became known in Vlad Pascu’s file, convicted of killing two young people after entering them.

Pascu was drugged and the investigators established that he was procuring drugs from Maru.

Suspended with suspension after destroying the pharmacy of Floreasca Hospital, in Pascu’s file, Duma received a sentence of over 4 years, but appealed.

The magistrates decided that until the final decision they would be placed under judicial control.
