Mark Samson risks escaping and breaking evidence
It can escape, disrupt the evidence and commit other crimes: the judge for preliminary investigations (GIP), in his decision, identifies all the conditions for which it is necessary to detention for Mark Samson. The 23-year-old architecture student, of Philippine origin, is under investigation for the murder and concealment of Ilaria Sula’s body. The funeral for the Ilaran will take place on Monday, April 7, at 2pm in Terni.
The body of the girl, 22, a statistics student at La Sapienza University, was found in a abyss in the area of Capranica Pranestine, about 50 kilometers from Rome. On Friday, at the end of a long interrogation at Regina Coeli Prison, Mark’s arrest was confirmed.

The family announces that the Ilaria funeral will take place on Monday, April 7, at 14:00 in Terni: Mortor Cortezhi will depart from the girl’s home to Via dello Stadio 5 and accompany the casket to the municipal cemetery.
